Personal Hygiene for Women-Must Read

What some women may not understand is that the v**ina is extremely sensitive to some of these customs. It’s all fun and games until you make your v**ina super-angry and you’re curled up in a ball wishing you’d never treated her poorly.
Sure, she’s high-maintenance and may require a little TLC now and again, but you only have ONE v**ina. So, learn how to treat her right!
Here are 5 things your v**ina desperately wants you to know.

1. Please don’t put soap in me.”
Ladies, you want to keep her clean, but using soap is NOT the way to do that. Yes, it’s okay to use mild soap on the outside but lathering your labia is a big NO NO. Soap creates a pH imbalance and leads to all kinds of infections that scratching certainly won’t help. Screaming for the pain to stop? Eh, that might work.
Studies (and Dr. Oz, of course) reveal that “the v**ina is a self-cleaning oven.” You don’t need anything fancy to clean yourself; all you really need is some warm water in the shower or bath and your v**ina will do the rest. Don’t stress her out by making her susceptible to infections.

2. “Would it KILL you to use some lubricant?”
Are you trying to rub your parts out of existence with all that friction? When doing the dirty, you often neglect your v**ina. If she isn’t 100% prepared, well, you’re sh*t out of luck.
A little lube goes a long way and enhances your s*xual experiences — but only if used the proper way. Make sure to steer clear of oil-based and silicone-based lubricants, as they are known to irritate the skin are difficult to wash off (and may require soap, which, again — DON’T DO IT!), and can even cause the condom to break. And no, spit does NOT count as a lubricant.
Don’t be shy about using lubrication. Water-based lubes are totally okay to use (because that’s what they are made for, duh!). Think of lube as armor for going into battle, except for your v**ina. If you prepare and take all necessary steps to prevent irritation and infection, your v**ina will be smiling ear to ear … errrr, labia to labia?

3. “WHY ARE YOU SHAVING ME?”
You give yourself crazy bumps and ingrown hairs when you use that razor, but you do it anyway. She can’t talk, but your v**ina is probably screaming in pain: “With all that shaving, you’d think you’re getting ready to meet Prince Harry. Why can’t you just love me the way I am? *sob*”
Shaving and waxing make your v**ina feel smoother, look cleaner, and won’t completely gross out your OB/GYN. You’ll also decrease the amount of bacteria and lice in your pubes. But how many ingrown hairs do you need to get before you realize what you’re doing?
All those nasty things creeping in your pubic hair travel right down inside your v**ina, since there’s no barrier holding it back. And did I mention INFECTION? Use a razor with rust or built-up bacteria on it and you set yourself up for staph or molluscum. Neither of which are the even least amount of fun.
Unless you want to itch your v**ina ALL DAY, put down the razor! Use a trimmer instead, yeesh.

4. “Scented tampons? You cannot be serious!”
Your behavior is out of control, woman! You MUST love infections, because you’re headed right down that road. Do you think your man really gives a sh*t what you smell like when you’re on your period? Nobody needs blood clots that smell like roses or lavender.
Some consider tampons themselves to be dangerous because of the long-term effects and the chemicals used in production. Dioxins, which are linked to cancer, are in tampons as well as most of the food we consume. There’s also Toxic Shock Syndrome (TSS), a deadly consequence of leaving your tampon in for too long or using them too frequently.
So whether or not you choose to wear ta.mpons, please don’t use scented. They’re not only bad for you, but pretty much pointless. Actually, you might just want to stay away from anything scented that you put on or near your private parts.

5. “You’re using a douche? This MUST be some sick joke.”
Maybe you feel like you can make yourself super-clean downstairs by douching but you’re actually causing more damage than you think.
According to Lauren Streicher, an OB/GYN and clinical professor, “douching promotes the growth of bacteria and may increase your risk of pelvic inflammatory disease by transporting chlamydia or gonorrhea up into the uterus. In addition, vinegar and betadyne in douches can dry va.ginal walls and increase inflammation.”
Essentially, you’re covering up your problems with a douche. Are you remembering to wipe front to back? Are you showering regularly? If you’re really concerned for your v**ina’s cleanliness, seek medical attention that is NOT a stream of vinegar you shoot into yourself.

General Buharai's adopted son arrested for alleged N20million fraud

Not funny this . If this is true then let the investigation start.
Mohammed Buhari, an adopted son of former Military Head of State and APC Chieftain Mohammdu Buhari has being arrested by men of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, for allegedly defrauding a businesswoman, Mrs Florence Nwokocha, to the tune of N20million, Sahara Reporters reports.

According to SR, Mohammed, who was introduced to Mrs Nwokocha through his account officer at Ecobank, had promised Mrs Nwokocha 10% of annual profit from a supposed oil deal which she was made to invest N20m into. But after receiving her money, Muhammed reportedly disappeared.
When he was eventually arrested by the EFCC, Muhammed claimed he ran into trouble after losing bank guarantee which he secured from another new generation bank. He is currently in the custody of the EFCC for further questioning.

Fire Guts CBN office in Lagos

Fire guts CBN office

The recent reports of fire incidents in Nigeria has called for an immediate action to forestall future occurences as the most powerful bank in Nigeria was not spared in the sad news.
Though investigation is yet to be concluded, let's hope the findings is not concluded as an act of arson.

There was fire yesterday at the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) Lagos complex.

Report reaching us has it that there was dusk fire outbreak that  affected the administrative offices on the third floor of the Central Bank of Nigeria in Lagos.

In the course of battling the fire, on the third floor, a fire service official collapsed, no thanks to suffocation.

According to National Emergency Management Agency’s (NEMA) Southwest spokesman, Ibrahim Farinloye, the yet-to-be identified fireman was rescued and rushed to the hospital.

Farinloye said nobody died, adding that the Lagos State Fire Service personnel were on ground on time to contain the situation.

Lagos fire service Director, Rasaq Fadipe, said his men were clamping down the offices and breaking the windows and doors to check for any small fire that might not have been put off.

In a statement last night by Isaac Okorofor, the CBN said:

”The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) wishes to inform its stakeholders and the general public that a fire incident occurred at its Lagos Branch Office at about 5:30 this evening (Tuesday, March 25, 2014)"

The fire, which occurred on the first floor of the building, has been put out by a combined team of fighters from the CBN and other institutions.

“We wish to assure our numerous stakeholders that the records of the Bank are intact, as the Bank has an effective backup of all its records, as part of our disaster recovery infrastructure”

However, two photojournalists with the National Mirror Newspapers, Yinka Adeparusi and Samuel Adetimehin, were yesterday brutalised and had their cameras vandalised and confiscated by men of the Nigeria Police Force at the scene of the fire.

Both photo journalists were ordered to surrender their cameras and were beaten.

Adeparusi was later whisked to the Area ‘A’ Police Station where he was detained before he was released later.

Adetimehin, who was the first to be attacked was left to writhe in pain after he had received punches from the policemen.

The two photographers have been placed under medical care.

Let's see how the Nigerian police reacts to this, was the fire scene barricaded.

Fire Razes Lagos Market

Some sad news but real.

Traders at the popular Iponri Shopping Complex in the Surulere area of Lagos State had gone home after Tuesday’s sales in anticipation of another prosperous market day.

However, they had barely gone to bed when they were jolted with a shocker: The goods they left in their shops were up in flames. The cost for accident remains costlier than accident prevention.

Seventeen shops filled with goods were consumed by the fire, which reportedly started around 11.18pm, destroying goods worth millions of naira before officials of the Lagos State Fire Service (LSFS) arrived to put it out.

The LSFS’ Director, Mr Rasak Fadipe, who said the tragedy was caused by an electrical surge, added that the losses could have been more but for the intervention his men. “We battled the inferno when it was still raging. Officers at the Sari-Iganmu Fire Service Station were quickly mobilised and they came with their service tanker containing 10,000 litres of water to quell the raging inferno,” he said.

He said the intensity of the fire prompted him to mobilise more men from Ilupeju and Onikan service stations, who promptly came with 10,000 litres of water each, for the rescue efforts.

Most of the items burnt in the affected shops, he added, included power-generating sets, different types of textile materials and plastic materials, among others.

Fadipe noted that some of the electric cables in the market were ruptured, adding that he had warned the traders to get a good technician to adjust them.

The General Manager, Lagos State Management Authority (LASEMA), Dr. Femi Oke-Osanyintolu, said no life was lost in the incident.

It was a moving tale of agonies when the site was visited.
Most of the victims were too embittered to talk on the incident. Shell-shocked, many simply beheld the charred remains of their wares in hopelessness.

A trader, who was identified as Mama Sikira, living a stone’s throw to the market, said: “I heard people shouting fire …fire … and running towards the market in utter confusion. And because of various interventions, the fire was put out around 9am this morning (yesterday).

Mrs Mary Ulo, a victim, said sobbing: “I sell foreign household/gift items; I just took delivery of some goods as did many other traders in this complex. Now, everything is gone. Over 17 shops were damaged, while stationery items, kitchen utensils, fabrics worth millions of naira went with this disaster.”

The Iyaloja General of the state, Chief (Mrs) Folashade Tinubu-Ojo, was visibly moved by the victims’ ill-fate. She said she would ensure that a good policy insurance is put in place and also talk to the government to look into the situation. “Only God knows how it happened; so, no human should be held responsible. This shouldn’t restrict daily activities in the market,” she added.

But what about the integrity of the electrical connection in the market?

If shabby electrical connections were carried out in the market, can't the authorities put a stop to that.

Lionel Messi Multi-million dollars car

Check out Lionel Messi’s Amazing Car

Maserati GranTurismo MC Stradale

The Maserati GranTurismo MC Stradale has a top speed of 187mph and a 0-60mph speed of only 4.5 seconds, so it is safe to say that Messi’s car is almost as fast as he is.

It has a typical layout of a high-performance sports car and possesses a 4.6 litre V8 engine.

Prices are usually in excess of £100,000.

For a famous footballer, that would account to perhaps a week’s wages, but an average person would need to work for a long time to be able to afford it.

An Oil firm "Masters Energy" targets 42,000 jobs for Nigerians in 2014

There's good news for Nigerians who are prepared for opportunities.

The President of Masters Energy Group, a conglomerate, with over 25 subsidiaries, Mr. Uchechukwu Ogah has stated that his group of companies target to have 42,000 persons in their workforce by 2014.

Speaking recently in Lagos when he received “BusinessWorld Newspaper Man of the Year 2013” award, Ogah said his belief in the Nigerian economy informed his decision to build Masters Energy City worth several billions of naira in Port Harcourt, Rivers State “when most companies were running away from the Niger Delta region because of security challenges.”

He said the 158,000metric tonne-capacity petroleum products storage facility had helped to ensure availability and affordability of petroleum products in the south-south; south-east and north-east geopolitical zones.

Ogah said this single investment had provided direct employment of over 600 and over 4,000 indirect jobs for the people of Niger Delta region, as part of his own contribution to the Federal Government’s rehabilitation programme in the oil-rich region.

According to him, the Masters Energy City also hosts a fabrication yard worth over N10billion, for the construction of equipment used in the oil and gas industry, as well as other sectors of the economy.

He said the fabrication yard had constructed two barges of 1,000metric tone-capacity each, while the construction of three new barges was ongoing.

The Masters Energy boss said work was also ongoing on the multi-billion Masters Energy integrated industrial complex in Isikwuato Local Government Area of Abia State.

Ogah further stated that the project would boost the economy of the state by attracting investments to the city.

He noted that seven companies comprising fertilizer plant, plastic plant, lubricant plants that produce engine oil, grease, hydraulic, transmission oil, and gear, noodles plant, and steel plant, all of which are at over 70 per cent completion were already springing up within his company’s industrial city in Abia State.

Ogah said he never knew his modest contribution in job creation and entrepreneurial growth in the country would merit any recognition, adding that he never solicited for or paid for any of the numerous awards he had received.

“I just kept doing what I have been doing because I thought it is a normal way of life. I don’t expect any recognition because what I am doing is part of me. I have to do those things that are necessary,” he said.

In his remark, the Chairman of the Occasion and former Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Mr. Ernest Ebi stated that Ogah had impacted positively to the economy of Nigeria and to the lives of her citizens.

“He is a quintessential gentleman, who has canvassed the banking world, and now, in the oil and gas; a man I will describe as a great entrepreneur and a great philanthropist,” he said.

“The award you are receiving tonight from BusinessWorld goes with a lot of responsibilities.

Key points;

First, you must continue to build on your achievements and there are more to come.

You must be a perfect role model for the youths. This country is in short supply of role models,” he added.

The Guest Speaker and Director General of the Nigerian Association of Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture (NACCIMA), Mr. John Isemede said the country needed to partner with a great entrepreneur like Uche Ogah to ensure that food is on the table of Nigerians.

He said in the next 15 years, Nigeria would move from her current position of the 8th most populous country in the world to the fourth position.

“What are they going to eat as a nation? Where are they going to work?

This is where we are going to join hands and work with Uche Ogah to put food on our table; to create jobs, and not to look for foreign experts, who will come and take our resources away,” he said.
