I killed him: A True Life Story (Diary of a pretty Nigerian lady)

Everyday I wake up with this guilt. Not because I did it but because I failed to care.... to listen to my inner mind the guilt the hurt the pains!

Continued the subbing young beautiful woman, chichi is a pretty lady in her 20's, she could pass for the most beautiful girl in Nigeria but beneath the cute young lady heart lies a burden only she and God can unearth.

As I watch her speak I cried deep in me but I always have to hide emotions while at work, chichi explains with the kind of honesty I can only in a good peeacher the burden of guilt she have to live with.

She speaks " while growing up was so cruel because parental upbringing was tough and life turned out to be that of the proverbial SURVIVAL OF THE FITTEST,  mum was dead , dad was alive but just alive if you know what I mean"

The reporter cuts in : Can we get to the point where you said you killed him?

Chichi: I was born into a family of 5 being the last hild.  Emeka was my elder brother. I loved him like a brother, he was like a father to me.

Reporter: How then was he like a father? Your dad was alive !

Chichi: He ensured I lacked nothing , more caring than my father was , so I decided to assume he was my father. Until he died in the cold hands of dead I could have stopped.

Reporter: How?

Chichi: See my family was poor, my dad was uncaring as he wasn't fulfilling his parental responsibilities.  So we grew up looking out for ourselves.

Reporter:  so what did you do that makes you feel you killed your elder?

Breaking News: First flying car announced

Maybe the solution to road traffic issues  in major cities have finally arrived but what of air traffic?

The first flying cars are set to go on sale to the public as early as 2015.

Terrafugia has announced its Transition design, which is part sedan, part private jet with two seats, four wheels and wings that fold up so it can be driven like a car, will be on sale in less than two years.

The Massachusetts-based firm has also unveiled plans for a TF-X model that will be small enough to fit in a garage, and won’t need a runway to take off.

Granted, it probably won’t see a lot of public use, as Terrafugia founder and CEO Carl Dietrich sees the vehicle as an optimal option for private pilots in small airports without land transportation. But that doesn’t mean we won’t see them in the fifteenth installment of the Fast & Furious franchise.

A Rotax 912 ULS aircraft engine can switch from operating the rear-mounted propeller to powering the rear wheels. As a car, it can reach a cruising speed of 65 mph, and its air-cruising speed would be around 100 mph. As far as cost goes, the preliminary pricing is set at $279,000. That probably means that the first people to use them recreationally will be rappers and athletes.

This sounds great and all, but somebody wake me up when they release a hoverboard. Or a hover-couch, actually. I need to travel in comfort. Check out a few more concept illustrations below, and get to work designing flying plug-in outlets.

Nigerian President: Orders release of 165 Bokk Haram Suspects

President Goodluck Jonathan has ordered the release of 167 people who were arrested during a military campaign to end an Islamist insurgency in the northeast, the Ministry of Defense said Friday.

Mr. Jonathan is struggling to end an insurgency by the group Boko Haram. He intensified a military campaign against the insurgents in May last year but also has said that he wants to pursue peaceful avenues for reconciliation.

Western governments have called for an improvement in Nigeria’s human rights record and more transparency over the treatment of detainees. Human rights groups accuse Nigeria of detaining suspects without formal charges and carrying out extrajudicial killings and torture. The army denies those allegations.

I'm now speaking Money : £250 Reward awaits you if you have info

Millionaire offers £250k reward to catch tthieves who attcked him in home and stole gold

Mr Cropper, who lives alone, was tied up when four masked raiders, armed with crowbars, burst into his £750,000 home in the Lancashire village of Samlesbury.

A millionaire who founded an e-cig company is offering a reward to catch thieves who attacked him in his home and doused him in bleach, before fleeing with his car and gold bars

A multi-millionaire who launched the Totally Wicked e-cig company has offered a reward of at least £250,000 for help to catch raiders who attacked him at his home, dousing him with bleach and leaving him unable to walk.

Jason Cropper said he'll add an extra £5,000 every week until he gets information leading to the conviction of gang members who made off in his Range Rover with gold bars and other valuables.

The 48-year-old is so determined to catch the thieves he has also hired a private investigator to help track them down.

"To me, the money is irrelevant," he said. "It is nice to have, but is not particularly important. What is important is that the people are caught."

Mr Cropper, who lives alone, was tied up when four masked raiders, armed with crowbars, burst into his £750,000 home in the Lancashire village of Samlesbury.

The raid took place last August as he let his cat out at the large four-bedroom stone property, which has several garden areas, a two-acre paddock and a guest suite in an adjacent barn.

He suffered head injuries and could not walk properly for a week after being hit and dragged along the ground.

He said he believed the group thought he had £4million of gold in his house, which he had recently bought.

After dousing him with bleach and covering his head with a towel, the attackers made off with his £60,000 Range Rover.

Inside it were two gold bars worth around £50,000, plus three watches and £70,000 in cash from his home. The car was later found burnt out.

Mr Cropper founded the e-cig company Totally Wicked in Blackburn, Lancashire, in 2008, built it into a global empire, and stood down as chief executive last June.

He quit after he declined to retract comments he made in contoversial emails about e-cig icensing to a member of European Parliament and an official from the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA). Mr Cropper said the reward was higher than the value of the items taken, but he was more concerned about catching those responsible.

He said: "I am hoping the reward will just give us one piece of factual evidence.

"Maybe somebody has bought one of the watches or been offered one of the gold bars. I need this strong bit of evidence."

He added that he believed the gang, which was made up of four people, had at least two accomplices and that he was willing to offer £25,000 for information that led to each of their arrests.

That figure will also increase by £2,500 each week until their conviction.

Mr Cropper said he believed that one of the attackers had a Liverpool accent and that other gang members could be from Accrington and Blackburn.

He added he thought the robbers were known to him because of how well they knew his house.

A police investigation was launched, but Mr Cropper has now hired a private investigator to look into the incident.

Since the attack he has spent around £20,000 on advanced security, including 10 cameras, lights, 8ft fencing, a monitored alarm system and a guard dog.

Mr Cropper said he had felt scared and paranoid to be in his home since the robbery.

He said: "It is a personal thing. I am not going to be a victim and I am not going to allow anybody to walk all over me.

"I do not care if I have to sell the house. These people will be found."

A spokesman for Lancashire Police said officers had been made aware of the reward.

He said: "An investigation is ongoing and police are obviously treating the robbery very seriously.

"We are doing everything we can to try and trace the offenders.

"I would appeal for any witnesses to come forward."

Anybody with information is asked to call police on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
